Yes, We offer Easy Return and Exchange.
– The request for return/exchange is to be placed within 2 days
of delivery.
– Items should be unused in their original condition & intact with tags.
In order to facilitate a return/ replacement, the products must meet the following criteria:

– Items should be in their original condition, intact with tags.
– Items should be unwashed and unused.
– Items should be in their the original packaging.
– Items should not be on sale or clearance sale
Used products or items on clearance sale are non-refundable.
Once the return product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 working business days.

Track information and link is shared via email and WhatsApp once shipped from our warehouse.

If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, the deducted amount is transferred back to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
